Thousand Island Dressing not Pictured
Mix together 18 eggs, splash of milk, bag of drained sauerkraut, grated swiss cheese, and cut up corned beef. Pour into a well oiled baking dish. Cut up rye or pumpernickel bread into cubes and top the dish. Bake on 350 for about an hour. Once plated, feel free to drizzle with thousand island. One of my favorite egg dishes!!
My pan looks like a hot mess, but the eggs were delicious!
